We’ve got some unique and versatile spaces available to hire across both floors of Fisher Gate Point.

FGP Gallery
A crisp white room with folding doors that open onto the bar and balcony. It’s a blank canvas that you can put your own stamp on. This room is wheelchair accessible and perfect for workshops, exhibitions and live music events.

The Old Bus Depot
Holding it’s original bus depot ceiling, this room is flooded with natural light and brilliant acoustics that make it the ideal space for workshops, conferences and live music events. This space is only accessible via stairs.

Balcony Bar + Foyer
This split level space is both comfortable and versatile. You will mostly find us here serving coffee and food but it is available to include as an add on to your experience if required. Both areas are wheelchair accessible.

Co-Working Space
This is one of the finest rooms in the house! Each desk has been carefully handcrafted, and there is even a secret passage full of creative books and resources to keep the juices flowing.

Artist Studio
This space is a historical community of artists and makers who have been camped here since before Nottingham began. There are rooms, spaces and desks sized to suit all your creative needs.

House Of All Music [hoam]
Being the first female-led music studio in Nottingham, this space is labour of love that aims to provide a chilled and accessible space for creativity to flourish. It’s unlike any space you’ve ever been!

Youth Work Space
A versatile, wheel chair accessible workspace designed for individual and group tutoring sessions. Young people aged 16-25 are able to come along and use this space for free! It’s also available to hire.

Co-Working Desk

Each desk is 100cm x 50cm and has been carefully handcrafted using wooden materials.
The room holds 8 desks in total and is accessible via a code-locked door. The space is tucked away upstairs to allow for privacy and focus, and if you need some inspiration you can come downstairs and mingle or grab lunch in the cafe bar.
You can decorate your space as you wish and there is even a secret passage full of creative books and resources to keep the juices flowing.
The room includes a shared fridge, microwave and tea making station, exclusively for the use of co-work residents.

Artist Studio: Open Space 1

This particular space is approximately 183cm x 324cm and is based in the open studio.
Each space is a blank canvas that can be redesigned to suit your unique creative practice.
All residents have access to a fridge, microwave and tea station.
There open studio is accessible to all Artist Studio residents and is protected behind a code-locked door.
The open studio spaces are not individually lockable, but security and respect is taken very seriously throughout the Artist community.
The Artist Studio is based on the upper floor of the building and is only accessible via stairs.

Youth Work Space

This room has a total of 6 desks, equipped with Mac desktop computers. Each station is equipped with Logic softwares and we can supply midi keyboards and headphones on request.
The room is based on the ground level and is fully wheelchair accessible. This space is tucked behind the cafe so you can have the option of privacy and focus, or a social lively setting.
This space is available to hire for the delivery of youth workshops. Young people aged 16-30 can use this space for free during opening hours.
