I created Soul Full Sundays to combat the epidemic at play in society, our chronic fear of our felt experience and social isolation. This event is designed to provide a safe space for you to rekindle that connection with your feelings and sensations through different somatic explorations lead by wonderfully wise beings, alongside other beautiful soul searchers. My desire is for you to leave with a renewed sense of self, feelings of hope and overall feeling deeply rested and rejuvenated.

We kick off the day with Ultra discovering how functional mushrooms can elevate your energy, sharpen focus and restore balance, all while enjoying a delicious guided tasting. What a way to start the day.
Starr - Chakra dance 11.15 - 12.15
Working with the philosophy of Reiki as a practice this is an invitation to dance your way into the liberation of soul. To immerse yourself deeper into divine energies that live within you. This will be safe space to let loose, take off your shoes and step into freedom! Working through each Chakra vortex; to release any stagnant energy, blocked emotions, release the chains that bind you from your most true & authentic self.
Please don’t worry if you’ve never heard of Reiki before or the Chakra System ~ I will be giving an overview of the Energetic Body & how it works before we dance together. I will offering deeper energy release throughout the session if you feel called ~ however chakra dance is all about FREE MOVEMENT & EXPRESSION!
We will close the space with a meditation of enquiry to bring you back into your body and offer up any lingering energies to the divine matrix for transmutation and RELEASE.
The aim is to leave you feeling ~ seen, restored and ultimately full of LOVE!!!
Ive created this container to honour the mass shaming the divine feminine has suffered about their bodies! I want to give everyone the chance to feel held and to be themselves or better yet an elevated version than when you stepped forward.

Nutritional lunch and Crochet circle 12.15 - 14.00
We will provide a deeply nutritional bowl of goodness, with rice, fresh bread and fresh fruit to finish, running alongside this will be a dropping style crochet circle, were you can learn a new skill whilst connecting with the other beautiful beings attending the event. The idea is to create a huge blanket of crochet square made by all the attendees encouraging community and connection and representing the comfort and warmth that Soul Full Sundays create.
Zoe - Sound bath 14.00 - 15.30
This beautiful session will begin with an introduction to sound healing and an exploration of its themes, empowerment and community. Zoe will then guide you through a transformative meditation & sound bath, blending crystal bowls, the voice and other tranquil instruments to soothe the nervous system and invite deep rest and relaxation. Closing with an optional sharing circle, offering a space to reflect, connect and be witnessed in a warm supportive environment.
