Club Wormhole Presents Wormhole Surgery
Get in the hole and join the club; we are going on an adventure! Club Wormhole welcomes all to join our gang of alt comedians, clowns and weirdos for a night of comedy, art and transcendence. This August, start up the submarine and prepare for a fantastic voyage - while others travel to Edinburgh, we’re journeying into the human body itself! Join our intrepid surgeons Jamie Drew and Rosa Keaton as they brave the bloodstream, vie with viruses and work to cure our headliner before time runs out. That headliner is the effortlessly chilled and undeniably hilarious William Stone, creator of the Most Relaxing Show on the Fringe. And of course we’ve got an incredible guest line-up aboard our brilliant blood vessel; from the ridiculous observations of Brighton-based Aiden Lonergan to the up-and-coming clown, Sheffield’s own Just Holly.

Saving Sir Real
Sir Real is a Knight, his father was a Knight, his grandfather was a knight and his great uncle is a pig farmer - we don’t talk about that though. Being a Knight is all Sir Real has ever known but is killing people really the right job for him? This is a pun heavy, surreal journey of saving ourselves from patriarchy and finding sanity in madness. This is a first sharing of the performance and it is at a research and development stage.

Balance, Not Burnout: Making Money While Making Music with Youth Music
Aged 18-30 and want to know how to balance making money with making music? Our upcoming NextGen Community event in Nottingham lets young creatives in on everything they need to know.
Join us in Nottingham for a panel discussion, where we'll tackle the question of what it means to make money while being a musician. We'll be breaking down this topic to discuss all its dimensions, from how to juggle a full-time job alongside your creative career, to diversifying your income streams to make the most out of your music - such as through sync placements, or merch lines. You'll hear anecdotes from those who have been there, done that, and worn - or should we say, made - the t-shirt.
After the panel, enjoy a performance from local NextGen Funded artist katie, followed by an open mic and networking session.
Signups to the open mic will be first-come, first-served once doors open. You can register your interest to perform by ticking the question box at checkout, but this will not guarantee your performance; slots will be very limited, so arrive early to sign up and avoid disappointment. For the open mic, please bring any instruments you would need for your performance.
